Huw Roberts is a board director and enterprise software CEO who has spent his career where technology meets the built environment. An architect by training, he went on to lead the global software businesses that serve the world's architecture, engineering, and construction industries - a path from the drafting table to the CEO's chair that few technology leaders can claim.
He has led across public, private, and private equity-backed ownership, most recently as CEO of PMWEB and, before it, GRAPHISOFT, where he grew revenue by more than 250% and tripled EBITDA through a period that spanned both the pandemic and the war in Ukraine. Having stood in nearly every seat in the value chain - product, go-to-market, and the P&L - and having led teams across North America, Europe, and Asia, he brings domain depth, operating range, and a global perspective to the boardroom.
His executive career spans leadership roles at Bentley Systems, BlueCielo, Accruent, and the Nemetschek Group, and chief executive roles at GRAPHISOFT and PMWEB - companies at the leading edge of software for the built environment.
He served as an independent director of BSA | The Software Alliance, the leading global advocate for the software industry. Earlier, he chaired subsidiary boards within the GRAPHISOFT group, including DDS-CAD, and chaired the American Institute of Architects' Technology in Practice committee, which advised the institute's board. He currently serves as Strategic Advisor to the PMWEB board.
Huw is exploring board and advisory roles with technology companies serving and transforming the built environment. If that's a fit, let's get in touch.
